- Look at whether your concerns align with the type of root cause investigation I provide.
- Give you an opportunity to ask questions.
- Determine the most appropriate next step based on what we discuss.
If I believe the Root Cause Investigation Program may be an appropriate next step, I'll let you know. If I don't believe it is appropriate for what you're experiencing, I'll tell you that too.
