1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any membership, product, or service offered through Beyond the Symptoms, a holistic community founded by Natural Diadem and Equipoise by J, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using these services.

2. Description of Services

Beyond the Symptoms provides education-based holistic health and wellness support for women seeking to address:

  • Hair loss and scalp health (Natural Diadem)

  • Internal imbalance, hormone disruption, and chronic symptoms (Equipoise by J)

Membership includes:

  • Weekly educational classes

  • Downloadable topic-based guides

  • Access to a private community space

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in any services provided by Beyond the Symptoms. These services are not intended for individuals requiring acute or emergency medical care.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The content provided within Beyond the Symptoms is intended for educational use only.
We do not offer:

  • Diagnosis

  • Prescription

  • Medical treatment plans

Participants are encouraged to consult their licensed healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.

5. Results Disclaimer

Results will vary. While success stories and testimonials may be shared within the community or promotional materials, they do not guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on personal commitment, consistency, and individual health factors.

6. Membership & Subscription Terms

All members pay a flat rate of $67/month for full access to:

  • Weekly holistic education

  • Community support

  • Guides and learning tools

  • Select affiliate discounts and links

Cancellation:

  • Membership may be canceled at any time by the user.

  • No refunds will be issued for prior billing cycles.

  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. One-on-One Sessions (Optional)

1:1 sessions are not included in the $67/month plan but are available separately for purchase.
If a session is booked:

  • You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited without refund

8. Digital Product Policy

All digital materials (eBooks, PDFs, downloadable guides) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

9. Community Guidelines

Beyond the Symptoms is a protected and supportive space. All members agree to:

  • Respect others’ experiences and privacy

  • Avoid bullying, spam, or self-promotion

  • Share respectfully and constructively

  • Follow all posted community policies

Violation of these rules may result in account removal without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials within Beyond the Symptoms, including but not limited to: classes, guides, videos, images, frameworks, and messaging are the intellectual property of Natural Diadem and Equipoise by J. Reuse, duplication, or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.

11. Affiliate Disclosure

Some resources and products recommended may be affiliate-based. This includes but is not limited to:

  • EquiLife (lab testing and supplements)

  • XTC Hair Products (which must be ordered directly through the founder due to contractual pricing restrictions)

Use of affiliate products is voluntary and does not influence the core value of the membership.

12. Limitation of Liability

Beyond the Symptoms and its founders shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Misuse of content

  • Misinterpretation of educational information

  • Loss of access due to technical issues or membership cancellation

Use of this platform is at your own discretion and risk.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States Virgin Islands. Any disputes arising shall fall under this jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and members will be notified when applicable.
