Lab Interpretation & Protocol Recommendation – Terms & Conditions

Purpose of Service

This service provides functional lab interpretation and general wellness protocol recommendations based on the client’s reported symptoms, lifestyle factors, and lab results.
It is intended to educate and empower—not to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.

What’s Included

• One-time review of approved functional lab tests (e.g., from EquiLife or similar labs)

• Functional medicine-style interpretation of lab markers

• Personalized recommendations to support detoxification, nutrient repletion, gut healing, or hormone balance (based on lab findings)

• A customized protocol guide with supplement, diet, or lifestyle suggestions

• Optional referral links to EquiLife products or other affiliate resources

What’s NOT Included

• Medical diagnosis or disease treatment

• Review of conventional lab results (e.g., from hospitals, standard doctors’ offices)

• Ongoing coaching, follow-ups, or support beyond the one-time session 

• Email or messaging support outside of the scheduled session

• Customization based on labs not reviewed directly by J’Nique

Client Responsibility

• All clients must continue care with a licensed healthcare provider

• Clients are responsible for following up with their doctor on any concerning lab findings

• Clients agree not to interpret this service as medical advice or a substitute for clinical care

• Protocols are for educational and wellness support purposes only

Scheduling & Access

• Lab results must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled interpretation session

• If results are not received in time, the session may be rescheduled

• Protocol recommendations will be delivered within 5–7 business days after the session

Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking

• All sales are final—no refunds will be provided once the session is booked

• If you miss your scheduled session or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be forfeited

Agreement

By booking this service, you agree to the above terms and acknowledge that J’Nique Smith is not acting as a physician, and that this service is not intended to replace medical care or provide treatment for any diagnosed condition.
